Formación

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in property management.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of property systems.
