Qualifikationen

• Routine Maintenance: Inspect and maintain property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Repairs: Fix leaks, appliances, and electrical issues as reported or found during inspections.
• Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours maintenance requests as needed.
• Property Upkeep: Keep common areas and units clean, safe, and well-maintained (paint, drywall, landscaping).
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external contractors to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
• Documentation: Track maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Compliance: Ensure work complies with codes, safety regs, and policies.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous service to tenants and respond professionally.
