Job summary

Forest Properties Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Manchester, NH property. The role handles appliance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and more to maintain the apartment community.

Qualifications

• Must have one year experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, and pool maintenance.
• HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs or more and perform physical activities.
• Good organizational skills with ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, snow plowing, pool maintenance, and light cleaning/mopping as needed.
• Ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform work necessary to make vacant apartments ready for lease, including cleaning and trash handling.
• Report building, ground, or system issues to supervisor for corrective action.
• Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors.
• Work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
