Job summary

Foxfire Property Management, Inc. is seeking a reliable Part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained, with an emphasis on customer service and timely response.

The role requires experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs, the ability to work independently or with a team, and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance is a plus.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management or buildings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on property systems.
• Address and repair issues reported by tenants or found during inspections.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and units, including minor repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and track work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous customer service to tenants.
