Job summary

BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP L LC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep of a multi-family property in the St. Louis area. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping tasks to maintain safety, functionality, and curb appeal.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interact with tenants and contractors. This is a full-time, on-site position with an on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 3 years of maintenance experience or related work.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as HVAC filter changes and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, cabinets, and fixtures.
• Patch and paint walls, ceilings and trim; install flooring as needed.
• Maintain exterior grounds: mowing, trimming and landscaping.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure code compliance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and materials.
