Job summary

BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP L LC in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain a multi-family property in person. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and groundskeeping tasks, respond to tenant requests, and keep thorough maintenance records.

On-call rotation and on-site work are expected as part of this role. The position is full-time with an 8-hour shift schedule; a competitive salary and benefits package are offered to qualified

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 3 years of property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot with hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and tenant service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including HVAC filter changes, plumbing inspections, and electrical checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
• Repair/remodel doors, windows, cabinets; patch and paint as needed.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and snow/ice removal.
• Keep accurate records of work orders and materials; communicate status to management.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, and a safe work environment.
