Job summary

Broad Management Group LLC seeks an HVAC and General Property Maintenance Technician for multi-family properties. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks to keep tenants safe and satisfied.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma and HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is required.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and general property maintenance.
• Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• HVAC Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps; conduct preventive maintenance; respond to maintenance requests; install systems; maintain records.
• General Maintenance And Repairs: Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs; carpentry tasks; address tenant maintenance requests; painting and patching; maintain building systems.
• Groundskeeping And Landscaping: Maintain exterior, landscaping, seasonal maintenance; safety and compliance inspections; recordkeeping and communication.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
