Job summary

The technician will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose HVAC issues, handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks, and coordinate with property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is required.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and general property maintenance.
• Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems: inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs and basic carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain exterior grounds and landscaping; handle seasonal tasks and safety compliance.
