Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a maintenance or construction environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Use Yardi software to create and complete work orders daily.
• Walk properties and inspect for deficiencies; submit work orders with photos.
• Handle on-call emergency schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Keep common areas clean and safe, and assist with grounds work as needed.
