The role uses Yardi for work orders, requires daily inspections, safety compliance, and occasional on-call coverage. You’ll join a team focused on safe, efficient property operations and excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a maintenance or construction environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to communicate with residents with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient in the safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall) across communities.
• Use Yardi to create/complete work orders and track progress.
• Conduct daily inspections and document deficiencies with photos when needed.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas and grounds as required.
• Participate in on-call emergency schedule and safety meetings.
