Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and complete work orders using Yardi; communicate delays when needed.
• Walk the property daily to identify deficiencies and submit work orders with photos.
• Assist in custodial tasks and grounds maintenance; keep trash enclosures clean.
• Participate in safety meetings and on-call emergency coverage as required.
