Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a maintenance or construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Create and complete work orders in Yardi; communicate delays and order parts as needed.
• Inspect property and units, document deficiencies with photos, and notify manager.
• Assist with cleaning, groundskeeping, and safety compliance; participate in on-site meetings.
