Job summary

DIMARCO STAFFING LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day property upkeep and 24-hour emergency maintenance for residential assets. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, completing make-ready work, and maintaining a safe, presentable property.

The role requires basic tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass drug and background screening, with boiler experience preferred.

Qualifications

• General experience in electrical, plumbing and drywall work.
• Boiler experience preferred.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and work orders within 24 hours when possible.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments and ensure repairs are on schedule.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the property; inspect for unsafe conditions.
• Maintain inventory records of parts and supplies; notify supervisor of shortages.
• Able to operate a plow truck and handle on-call maintenance as required.
• Police grounds and perform lawn upkeep, snow removal, and general maintenance tasks.
