CRM Residential is hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs at our properties to keep them in excellent condition for tenants. Responsibilities include routine tasks (changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, fixing leaks), minor repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry), grounds upkeep, and responding to tenant requests.

A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are required, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel to training

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems is essential.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.

• Maintain properties' grounds, including lawn care and snow removal.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed.
