Job summary

High school diploma required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintenance and repair tasks to keep the property in good condition.
• Documents resolutions to all work orders and maintains records.
• Supports safety audits and reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Assists in scheduling minor maintenance and coordinating with vendors.
