Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or handyman roles.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between worksites.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with residents and other departments.
• On-call availability for evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute work orders in a timely manner as directed by building management.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine repairs; identify needed services or tools.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, doors).
• Inspect work by contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
• Perform routine upkeep on buildings, amenities, and grounds; maintain curb appeal.
• Rake, sweep, mow, and maintain lawn for seasonal needs.
• Ensure vacancies are move-in ready for new residents.
