• General Maintenance & Repairs: complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
• Unit Turnovers & Interior Prep: assist in make-ready, cleaning, painting, and appliance repair.
• Grounds & Exterior Care: lawn tasks, exterior cleaning, snow removal as needed.
• Safety & Compliance: follow OSHA, Fair Housing policies and use PPE.
• Inventory & Tools: maintain tools and organize supplies; report low stock.
