Hamilton Point Property Management in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards across the property.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least 1 year in property maintenance, and strong communication. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems, coordinate with vendors, and provide excellent tenant service.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use a computer tracking system.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to maintenance requests as directed by management or staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and timely work order completion.
• Provide excellent tenant service and on-call support as scheduled.
• Assist with vendor coordination, bids and budget adherence.
