Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Current driver license and automobile insurance. may require EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by management or staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Ensure timely, professional response to work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and maintain safety standards.
• Operate on-call pager and perform emergency maintenance when required.
• Inspect buildings and grounds and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with scheduling, bids, purchasing, and invoicing within budget.
