Job summary

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior, and appliance issues, assist with vendor coordination and budgeting, and provide reliable on-call service to residents while maintaining safety and fair housing policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance and turns.

• Provide on-call pager service and perform emergency maintenance as needed.
