Job summary

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of property management maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use a PC or property management tracking systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are completed timely and to standard.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and obtain bids as needed.
• Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide on-call support and emergency maintenance when required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality on site.
