Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests and perform preventative upkeep across properties. The role includes diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems to ensure compliance with company standards.

You will assist with vendor coordination, scheduling, and bidding, while maintaining safety and quality for tenants. On-call duty and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property/building upkeep.
• EPA Type I/II, HVAC, and pool certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance and appliance repairs as needed.
• Inspect properties for safety and cleanliness; report issues.
• Assist with vendor bids and oversee contractor work for completeness.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate invoices and communicate regarding maintenance operations.
