WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Key West, FL to support the Maintenance Manager in preserving property integrity. The role includes on-call 24-hour emergency coverage, routine maintenance, and addressing work orders to keep communities in top condition.

The position requires 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver's license. Excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA certification Type II or greater required.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, pool systems, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of computers for email and training.

Responsabilités

• Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.
• Maintain exterior appearance to present curb appeal.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and repair building systems and assets.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and weekend work.
