Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of on-site software functions and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community areas and perform daily on-site tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
• Assist in keeping a well-organized maintenance shop.
