SPS North America is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist (Floating) for Austin, TX. You will support mail, shipping, print/repro, meeting room setup, and front desk services to ensure smooth operations across client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service with professional client interaction.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of office technology and printers/scanners.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping Support: Process and sort inbound/outbound mail and packages while maintaining accurate chain-of-custody.
• Print & Reprographics Assistance: Support copy/print production, scanning, imaging, and binding services.
• Office & Facility Support: Maintain organized office spaces, restock supplies, support meeting room setups, light maintenance.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style experience.
• Administrative & Client Support: General admin tasks with strong customer service and relationships.
