Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair and appliance service across properties with up to 149 units. You will also handle cleaning and grounds and participate in on-site safety meetings.

Two years of experience and a high school diploma are required. Daily duties include using Yardi for work orders, inspections, and coordinating with residents and the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years' maintenance/construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create/complete work orders using Yardi and sync daily.
• Complete property inspections and document deficiencies with photos.
• Perform custodial tasks in common areas and assist grounds as needed.
• Record time/work periods via mobile devices and participate in virtual trainings.
