Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain the operation of the property buildings and grounds in Rockville, MD. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, appliances, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs.
Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management upon completion or backorder status.
Maintain daily repair and upkeep of the community and vacant units.
Prepare punch work in vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
Care for and inventory all supplies and equipment.
Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
Uphold company safety policies and OSHA standards at all times.
Maintain professional appearance and courteous, efficient service.
