The role requires basic maintenance skills across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting, with on-site responsibilities and potential after-hours calls. Strong safety awareness and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Experience in basic maintenance and resident service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure quality move-in experience.
• Responds to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintains grounds, amenities, and common areas to keep them clean, safe, and functional.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and reports concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
