Job summary

Maintenance Technician at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for preparing make ready apartments, addressing resident service requests, and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, grounds and amenity upkeep, with on-call duties for after-hours emergencies and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting.
• On call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpeting, cleaning and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and dog park amenities to keep them safe and clean.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs duties as assigned.
