Job summary

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma with BH experience or higher education in BH fields.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance - Level 1, or ability to obtain within 7 days.
• AZ driver's license with 4+ years driving experience; driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile crisis interventions at residences, schools, and ERs.
• Collaborate with clients, families, schools and first responders.
• Support hospital discharges with assessment and planning.
• Serve as interface between Crisis Department and crisis call center.
• Ensure infrastructure and scheduling for crisis operations.
• Audit documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• For licensed clinicians, provide clinical oversight to staff.
• Assist Director/Manager with tasks as needed.
