Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls 24/7 from various providers, triage situations, and assist individuals in crisis. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in the behavioral health field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, and other providers.
• Triages crisis situations and recommends appropriate interventions.
• Assists in transitioning individuals in crisis to suitable levels of care.

Skills

Experience in the behavioral health field

High school diploma or GED

Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
