Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls throughout Arizona. This role involves assessing crisis situations and facilitating appropriate interventions.

Ideal candidates should have a strong background in behavioral health and be prepared to assist individuals in urgent circumstances. This on-call position requires effective communication and crisis intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ driver's license (valid and in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from various sources.
• Triage crisis situations and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Assist in transitioning individuals to the appropriate level of care.
