Community Bridges Inc. is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls across Arizona. This role is essential in triaging immediate crisis situations, recommending interventions, and ensuring individuals receive the appropriate care.

Qualifications

The role triages the immediate crisis situation, recommends appropriate intervention, and helps the individual transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable.

Skills / Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Experience or lived recovery from mental health, substance use disorders, homelessness, family members or veterans preferred.

Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, Registrations

• Current Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record.
• C‑PRSS Certification.
