Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls from various sources. This role is crucial in triaging situations and assisting individuals in crisis with appropriate care. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years in behavioral health and an Associate’s Degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, and the community.
• Triage the situation and recommend appropriate intervention.
• Assist in transitioning the person in crisis to the most appropriate level of care.
• On call and required to respond to crisis situations 24 hours a day.
