Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community.

This on-call role requires rapid triage, intervention recommendations, and helping move the person in crisis to the most appropriate level of care. You will work 24 hours a day, with supportive supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Behavioral Health.
• Minimum six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community.
• Perform rapid crisis triage and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Assist in transitioning the person in crisis to the most appropriate level of care.
• Maintain on-call availability and respond to crisis situations 24 hours a day.
