Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, providers and the community. This on-call role triages crises, recommends interventions, and helps transition individuals to appropriate care around the clock.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with 2 years in behavioral health and some recovery experience preferred. CBI offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associates Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers and the community.
• Triages crisis situations and recommends appropriate interventions.
• Assist in transitioning individuals in crisis to the appropriate level of care, when applicable.
