Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona. The Crisis Mobile Specialist role responds to crisis calls 24/7, triages situations, and assists in directing individuals to the most appropriate level of care.

This on-call position requires rapid assessment, collaboration with first responders, hospitals, and community partners. We offer a strong benefits package and growth opportunities within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field.
• Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred (≥6 months).
• Must be able to respond to crisis calls promptly, including after hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, and the community.
• Triage crisis situations and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate transitions to the appropriate level of care when applicable.
