Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls from first responders, hospitals, jails, and the community. You will quickly triage a crisis, recommend interventions, and help transition individuals to the appropriate level of care.

This on-call role requires 24-hour availability to address crises across Arizona. CBI values growth, professional development, and dedicated service to people with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, and the community to triage effectively.
• Recommend appropriate intervention and facilitate transition to the most suitable level of care.
• This is an on-call, 24-hours-a-day role requiring rapid response and coordination with RBHAs and OBHL/DBHS guidelines.
