Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on responding to crisis calls, triaging situations, and guiding individuals to the right level of care within state and local policy frameworks.

Responsibilities include on-site crisis intervention, ensuring safe transitions to appropriate services, and supporting callers through the process as part of CBI’s integrated behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare crisis response is favored.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification per policy.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License in good standing; clear 39‑month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched to City of Mesa Police Department.
• Triage crisis situations and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Assist in transitioning individuals to the appropriate level of care when applicable.
