Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a Property Maintenance team member to support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager across all residential communities. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks to ensure property standards and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include appliance troubleshooting, electrical/plumbing fixes, and periodic pool care (where required). This is an on-site, full-time role requiring physical activity and alertness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC and boiler certifications preferred if applicable.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, as well as basic electrical and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition per company standards; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms and public spaces; ensure property appearance and upkeep.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and comply with city codes and company standards (if applicable).
• Provide safe, reliable resident service and respond to on-call emergencies as requested.
