Indigo Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician who blends strong customer service with hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. The role requires physical work, weekend/holiday shifts, and being on-call for emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property maintenance, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license; a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, etc.
• Inspect buildings/grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Handle after-hours emergencies as required.
