Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento to support ongoing maintenance across communities. You will handle routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include make-ready work, pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and documenting service requests while maintaining safety standards and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and units, respond to requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and log chemical data.
• Ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
