Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pleasanton, CA to assist in the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. The role includes make-ready responsibilities and daily on-site presence to support community operations.

You will respond to resident and management requests, help manage preventive maintenance, and uphold safety standards while maintaining accurate records and coordinating

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Maintenance experience or related hands-on skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready, maintenance, and cosmetic tasks across the property.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on buildings and common areas.
• Maintain safety practices and document service activities.
