Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Patterson Point Senior Residence in Bloomington, IN and Central Park Place in Columbus, IN. This full-time role (40 hours) requires on-call availability to assist residents with maintenance needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience is required.
• Must be able to perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Available for on-call emergencies and full-time schedule (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality maintenance service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders in a timely manner as per company standards (24–48 hours).
• Bachelor? Not applicable.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Ensure safety and a comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with turnover and set-outs when needed.
