Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Complete work orders (24–48 hours)
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3–5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies
