Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Central Park Place community in Columbus, OH. This part-time role (24 hours) supports residents, handles routine maintenance, and responds to emergencies.

You will join a team focused on safety, service quality, and timely work order completion. The job emphasizes on-site responsibilities, on-call availability, and a culture of transparency in pay, with starting wages at $21+ per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone apps

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24–48 hour expectation)
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3–5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies
