Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bloomington, IN for a part-time role (24 hours) with on-call duties to support residents at Patterson Point Senior Residence (61 units). Starting pay is $21+ per hour.

Responsibilities include high‑quality service, completing work orders, and multi‑trade maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You will be on a team committed to excellence, with a stipend for using a personal smartphone to access our

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend hours).
• On-call for emergencies.
• Able to receive and close work orders via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a 24–48 hour basis.
• Maintain general maintenance knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
• Turnover units between residents within 3–5 days.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and be on-call for emergencies.
