Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Regular Full-Time Manual Labor role in Raleigh, NC. You will perform repairs to ready units, be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager, and assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, Grounds staff, and other team members as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Knowledge of SDS/OSHA is expected; 608 refrigerant certification is preferred but trainable.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations is expected.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, and Grounds personnel as needed.
• Maintain inventory control and use of maintenance materials.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Ensure grounds are free of litter and perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Know emergency shutoffs for gas, water, and sewer lines.
• Perform work orders with 'same day completion' in mind.
• Maintain a professional appearance and team attitude; be willing to transfer if needed.
