Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Antioch, Tennessee area. The role involves make-ready repairs on vacant units, 24-hour on-call duties, and collaboration with the Service Manager and housekeeping staff.

Ideal candidates bring plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills, basic SDS/OSHA knowledge, and a willingness to learn refrigerant handling. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills are required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• 608 refrigerant certification preferred, but not required; training provided if necessary.
• Current driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled; respond to on-call paging.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and keep it clean.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs with the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager with inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Maintain professional appearance and teamwork.
