Qualifications

• CFC certification required, 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Ability to perform make-ready repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units before move-in.
• Respond to 24-hour on-call service as scheduled.
• Maintain the grounds and equipment properly.
